New Finance Director at TV-Loonland

MUNICH, Germany, March 10/PRNewswire/ -- TV-Loonland announces that Karl W. Homburg (48) has been appointed to the
position of Finance Director at TV-Loonland, following Selma Käppel, who has
been Chairman of the Managing Board at TV-Loonland since 21 January. Homburg,
who answers directly to the Managing Board, oversees Mergers, Acquisitions,
Finance and Controlling. His responsibilities also include TV-Loonland's
listing in London. The company has been additionally listed on the AIM of the
London Stock Exchange since September 1, 2004.

seasoned specialist not only in finance and controlling but in the film
industry as well," Managing Board Chairman Selma Käppel said. Most recently,
Homburg worked for Senator Entertainment AG, one of the leading companies in
the German film industry, where he was Head of Investor Relations and
Corporate Communications. Since its IPO in January 1999, Senator
Entertainment had developed into a multinational group with an extremely
broad value chain. It was listed on the selection index Nemax 50 from its IPO
until the end of November 2002.

In addition to his full-time position, Homburg, who has a degree in
economics, teaches finance at the Berlin School of Economics. He has also
served in an advisory function in numerous corporate projects. In addition,
Homburg has many years of experience in banking and finance. Prior to
switching to the film industry, Homburg worked from 1994 to 2001 as an
investment banker and analyst at the multinational Bankgesellschaft Berlin
AG.
