Global TV, Inc. to Air Its Vehicle Network Pilot in 4 Local Markets With a Viewing Demographic of 500,000 Households in the South Florida Area

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Triad, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: GTRD), announced today that Global TV, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad, has entered into a 13-week contract with Comcast Spotlight to air its recently announced "Vehicle Network" television commercial pilot.

The pilot will be launched in 4 local South Florida markets that include Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Margate, Parkland, and Coconut Creek, with potential viewing demographics in excess of 500,000 households. The 30-minute auto sales promotion program specializes in highlighting cars, trucks, recreation vehicles, motorcycles and boats. The show is expected to premiere on or before April 12, 2005 and continue from Monday through Sunday from 6 to 6:30 PM each week for 13 consecutive weeks. Based on the overwhelming acceptance from potential advertisers, Global TV expects the show to rapidly expand into other local markets across the nation.
