(NASDAQ:JAKK) announced today that the Company has expanded the licensing agreement with Capcom(R) to develop and market TV Games(TM) GAMEKEY(TM) products based on Capcom's classic library of games, including "1942, Ghosts 'N Goblins"(TM), "Mega Man(R) 3," "Gun Smoke"(TM) and "Commando." JAKKS also adds new titles to the agreement to produce both TV Games controllers and GAMEKEY expansion packs, for titles including "Street Fighter(R) II: Championship Edition," the original genre-defining game, "Mega Man 2," "Mega Man 3," and many more.

The Plug it in & Play TV Games(TM) products are gaming systems that contain multiple games in one single controller and plug directly into the A/V jacks of any standard television. The TV Games GAMEKEY expansion pack is the next-generation innovation for the award-winning TV Games product line which offers users the opportunity to add additional Capcom games made specifically for use on Capcom TV Games controllers.

Marc Mostman, president of MOST MANAGEMENT, Capcom's North American licensing agency, brokered this latest TV Games licensing agreement on behalf of Capcom.
