U.S. Federal Court Denies Visto Corporation's Demand for Injunction Against SEVEN

Court Ruling Indicates that Visto Failed to Demonstrate a Probability of Success on the Merits of its Claims

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Today SEVEN announced that in the Visto Corporation vs. SEVEN Networks litigation, the Honorable T. John Ward of The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division, denied Visto Corporation's motion for preliminary injunction against SEVEN. Judge Ward in considering the evidence and oral arguments found that SEVEN had raised substantial issues of patent validity and infringement, which renders preliminary injunctive relief improper.
