Colorado's Premier Home-Buying Event

DENVER, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News will present Colorado's premier homebuyer fair on Saturday, February 12, at INVESCO Field at Mile High.

The Post-News HomeBuyer Fair, sponsored by 9NEWS, Countrywide Home Loans, Home Builders Association of Metro Denver and Comcast, is a one-stop shopping marketplace for the latest home-buying options, representing more than 40 of Colorado's leading real estate companies and builders. A complete guide to the fair will be published in The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News on Friday, February 11.

Attendees who apply for a home mortgage through Country Wide Home Loans will receive a $500 credit towards closing costs.

"We encourage those who are in the market to purchase a home to join us at our home-buyer fair," said Denise Zeigler, director of real estate for the Denver Newspaper Agency. "Our fair enables home-buyers to meet face-to-face with real estate companies, builders, finance and real estate experts."

Special features include free home-buying seminars, company informational messages on the video walls and door prize giveaways.

The Post-News HomeBuyer Fair hours extend from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 12th. Admission to the fair is free. Free parking is available in Lot C at INVESCO Field at Mile High.
