Nautica Selects Fry, Inc. For Web Site Redesign
"Navigate life(TM)" site created as part of new integrated marketing campaign
ANN ARBOR, Mich., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Fry, Inc., a leading e-commerce design, development and managed services provider, today announced the company has been chosen by Nautica Enterprises to redesign its Nautica brand web site. The redesign will begin with an introductory "teaser" site that incorporates the elements of the brand's new "Navigate life(TM)" marketing platform (http://www.navigatelife.com/ ).
The goal of the site redesign is to support the Nautica brand online as part of a comprehensive integrated marketing campaign launching this spring. The "Navigate life(TM)" site delivers a rich, engaging user experience through music and animated transitions that tie together still photography and footage shot for the new campaign. At launch, site images focus on the active lifestyle long associated with the brand.
"We're excited to be working with a strong brand like Nautica," said David Fry, president and chief executive officer of Fry. "Their goal is to excite and inspire visitors to the teaser site and establish a dialogue with their customers. We've developed a site using Flash technology that serves as a beautiful showcase for their well-established brand."
"'Navigate life(TM)' is an empowering message," said Chris Fuentes, Vice President Marketing, Nautica. "The campaign was designed to speak directly to Nautica consumers and their active lifestyle and express the emotional connection to the heritage of the Nautica brand. The new web site will engage people as it reflects the various ways in which people navigate their lives today."
