iTeam Launches World-Class Tech Solutions Network for Small Business
New Company Provides Easy Access, Strategic, Value-Added, Technology Sales & Services for Small Business Owners
WESTFORD, Mass., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- iTeam, Inc., providing a new, enterprise caliber approach to technology growth strategies, product sales and hands-on services solutions for small business, today announced the launch of the company with a series of breakfasts, demonstrations and workshops taking place at the iTeam kiosk, located at Copy Cop, 815 Boylston Street in Boston, during the week of February 14-18 (see schedule below)*.
iTeam offers small business the IT services that were previously only available to large businesses -- enterprise-quality advice, technology products and service that's always available. Its innovative, value-added network utilizes the Web for personalized, real-time, face-to-face communication to advise on and deliver best-of-breed products and best-of- area, hands-on service providers for small business customers. The iTeam network offers a comprehensive, one-stop solution for technology advice on one's business needs, product ordering and scheduling of in-office technology help services. In addition to the initial Boylston street location, iTeam's retail kiosks will also be available at several other Copy Cop locations in Boston over the next several weeks.
"As an entrepreneur and former small business owner I know all the roles one needs to play and all the technology decisions one is forced to make -- sometimes without the luxury of time and tech perspective," said Bill Kazman, iTeam CEO. "How wonderful it would have been if I'd had a trusted technology advisor helping me with these crucial business decisions. How big a hard drive will I need? Should I buy anti-spam software? How can I keep my network safe? Who can I call to make sure I'm putting my network together right? iTeam can solve these issues and many more for the small business owner. Our state-of-the-art Internet technology makes it possible to seamlessly integrate client information, a wide range of solution choices for any tech need and on-site services for repair, assembly and analysis. We enable the small business owner to focus on their customers and business growth, while we focus on the technology to get them there."
How iTeam Works
iTeam clients enter into a lasting relationship with their technology advisor through leading-edge, customer service infrastructure. Through this connection, the iTeam Technology Advisor learns about the client's business and then identifies strategies and solutions for ongoing success.
Communication with one's account team can be through face-to-face videoconferencing at one of iTeam's kiosks at nearby retail locations, or in one's office via online chat, email or telephone.
When the client needs to make a technology decision, iTeam's integrated database collects all of the client's important business information for the Technology Advisor and, together, they conduct a collaborative review of solution recommendations via the Internet. Once a solution is selected, the Technology Advisor orders the equipment/software and schedules an appointment for a live service installation at the client's place of business.
iTeam employs a group of product engineers who are constantly talking to business owners about their needs, searching the market for new products and updating the network's comprehensive set of solutions, assortment of products and services.
iTeam's main goal is to meet the needs of its clients quickly and effectively offering them the assurance that they are getting a leading edge, mainstream solution at a value price.
