Donlevie Named General Manager of Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack
LAS VEGAS, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:HET) has named Vince Donlevie senior vice president and general manager of Harrah's Chester Casino and Racetrack, a harness racetrack and slot casino under development in suburban Philadelphia.

Harrah's also named Annie Allman vice president of operations and assistant general manager for Harrah's Chester. Both appointments are subject to regulatory approval.
Upon its completion in spring 2006, Harrah's Chester will feature a 5/8-mile harness racetrack and a 2,500-slot casino. The facility, a joint venture between Harrah's and three local businessmen, will be located approximately 8 miles south of Philadelphia International Airport in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Donlevie currently serves as vice president and assistant general manager of Harrah's Joliet. He will continue in this position until June, overseeing operations aspects of the development of Harrah's Chester, before relocating to the Philadelphia area.
Donlevie is a 25-year veteran of the gaming industry, including 12 years with Harrah's. Prior to being named assistant general manager of Harrah's Joliet in 2001, Donlevie served as vice president of operations at Harrah's Joliet, vice president of casino operations at Harrah's Reno, and director of casino marketing at Harrah's Atlantic City. He holds a B.A. degree from Temple University, and is a graduate of St. James High School in Chester.
Allman is currently a marketing executive with Harrah's Eastern Division. She has held several executive positions since joining Harrah's in 1996, including vice president of marketing at the Showboat, director of marketing for the Eastern Division, and director of database and direct marketing for Harrah's Atlantic City. Previously Allman held a number of positions in the thoroughbred racing and breeding industry. Allman holds a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. degree from Dartmouth College.
