Bank Selects Ultimate Software's UltiPro Workforce Management

A full-service financial institution headquartered in Spokane, Washington, Sterling Savings Bank had been using a solution that was costly and didn't offer truly integrated human resource, benefits administration, and payroll functionality. The company wanted Web access for its 1,700 employees in addition to built-in workflow that could automate many manual processes. During its due diligence process, the bank discovered that UltiPro would not only meet its needs, but also provide in excess of $500,000 in savings over a 5-year period.
