iFinix's R&B Computer Systems Signs Letter of Intent With M.J. Search to Create A Proprietary Search Engine Program

GARDEN CITY, N.Y., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iFinix Corp. (Pink sheets: IFNI.PK), provides direct-access real-time trading and information systems to financial services companies and global IT solutions and services, announced today that its wholly owned IT consulting subsidiary, R&B Computer Systems, Inc., has signed a letter of intent with M.J. Search, Inc., a developmental stage company, to create a proprietary search engine.

The project is also expected to include computer programming, creating a Web site, marketing and capabilities brochure and a Web site maintenance agreement. When the contract is signed, it is expected that it will be in the range of $150,000 and $250,000.
