Advanced Wireless Communication, Inc. Announces Name Change

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Advanced Wireless Communications , an exclusive marketer of ultra high-speed wireless Internet access, VOIP and IPTV/VoD products, is pleased to announce today that it has effected a name change. The new name of the Company is CoConnect, Inc. The new trading symbol for the Company is CNTI.

As part of the previous announcement of the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Heritage Communications, Inc. and the name change of the Company to CoConnect, the Board of Directors has approved a change of Officers and Directors positions. The directors of the company now consist of Timothy Thayne, Jerry Warnick, and Robert Thele as Chairman of the Board. The officers of the Company now consist of: Timothy Thayne (CEO), Jerry Warnick (Executive Vice Pres/COO), David I. Davis (Executive Vice Pres/CFO), and Dean Becker (Sec/Treasurer).
