DF China Technology to Provide IT Logistics Solutions to Subsidiaries of China Merchants DiChain Group

HONG KONG, Jan. 26 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DF China Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFCTF - News; the "Company"), a leading provider of information technology solutions for the logistics and supply chain management industry in China and Hong Kong, announced today that it has received a written consent from its parent company, China Merchants DiChain Group Ltd ("DiChain"), to provide IT solution services to all the logistics subsidiaries of DiChain.

The logistics business is one of the core businesses of DiChain, leading the third-party logistics industry in China. In the past few months, in order to penetrate the Chinese logistics market and strengthen its integrated logistics service vertically, DiChain has signed certain acquisition proposals with some key players in the industry:

* Meiri Logistics Ltd., one of the leading third-party logistics
providers in the South of China, was acquired by DiChain six months
ago;
* Centrans Ocean Shipping Services Co., the sixth largest ocean shipping
and transportation service provider in China, had entered into a
Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with DiChain in December 2004 (under
this MOU DiChain will acquire 60% of Centrans); and
* Great Way Trading & Transportation, Inc., a California based
corporation which provides Sino-US freight forwarding, customs
brokerage, marketing research and related services, signed a MOU to be
acquired by DiChain last Friday.



With these completed and pending acquisitions, DiChain will be poised to become an international integrated logistics service provider particularly leading Sino-US trade-related logistics services.
