"CTT is proud to have been selected by USMS to globally commercialize this outstanding technology," said Dr. D. J. Freed, CTT's Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. "This agreement gives CTT access to a system within the RFID technology market that is currently experiencing double-digit growth. We are already in discussion with several potential customers for this dynamic technology."
Chet Przygoda, Jr., USMS President, said, "Our company has been working for several years to develop a patented platform suite of tools that allows our strategic partners to implement single source solutions to a wide variety of problems faced by everyone today. By not limiting the methodology in acquiring "event driven" transactions, our technology allows our partners extremely wide latitude, under our current and pending patents, to provide solution across a wide spectrum of applications and users."
"This is an exciting new approach to technology which we believe will further increase our recurring revenue stream," said John B. Nano, CTT's President and CEO. "We are in a licensing marketplace with customers that demand technologies like the RFID tracking system, and our MPEG-4 visual technologies, our homocysteine assay and other technologies in our portfolio.
