NEW YORK, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Omnicom Group Inc. declared a regular quarterly dividend of 22.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on January 6, 2005, to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on December 24, 2004.
