The Creation of the Chief People Officer Role Takes BORN's Commitment to Human Capital Management to a New Level

MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- BORN, a leading technology and business consulting firm, today named Julie Pfieffer as Vice President and Chief People Officer (CPO). In this new role, Pfieffer will be responsible for the overall employee experience at BORN -- from acquiring top talent to developing and retaining BORN's employee base. Pfieffer will oversee recruiting; human resources; employee development and training; and employee services and facilities. She will be part of BORN's executive management team and will report directly to the CEO. Pfieffer will continue to oversee BORN's human resources department as well; a department she has managed for the past five years.
