Greenfield Online Announces Secondary Public Offering

WILTON, Conn., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greenfield Online, Inc. (NASDAQ:SRVY)(NASDAQ:-)(NASDAQ:News) today announced the pricing of its secondary public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at $18.16 per share on the Nasdaq National Market under the ticker "SRVY." In the transaction, Greenfield Online sold 4,500,000 common shares, with net proceeds of approximately $76.1 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses; and selling stockholders sold 1,500,000 common shares, with net proceeds of approximately $25.7 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 900,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Lehman Brothers Inc. is acting as the sole bookrunner of the offering, with Piper Jaffray & Co., Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., Adams Harkness, Inc. and Pacific Growth Equities, LLC acting as co-managers.
