FREMONT, Calif., Dec. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ:AEHR), a leading supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in equipment, today announced that it will report financial results for the fiscal 2005 second quarter ended November 30, 2004, after the market closes on Thursday, January 6, 2005.
