SAN DIEGO, Nov. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Peregrine Systems, Inc. , a leading provider of enterprise asset and service management solutions, kicked off the North American phase of a global advertising campaign this week with print and online advertisements in The Wall Street Journal and select technology media. This integrated print and online campaign will expand to the United Kingdom, France and Germany in January.
