New Collaboration and EDM Weekly Series to Change NYC Nightlife

NEW YORK, April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- NYC's premier event space Stage 48 (605 W. 48(th) Street), Area Event and Sunset Editions are excited to announce their collaboration and launch of the venue's first weekly EDM series, DISORDER Saturdays.

DISORDER Saturdays will feature every sort of electronic music from some of the biggest and boldest names in the industry. The Grand Opening on May 14(th) kicks off with world-renowned DJs Erick Morillo, Grammy Award Winner Hex Hector, Father Chris and many more surprise guests.

DISORDER Saturdays will provide a cosmic journey through NYC nightlife into the spirit of the city that never sleeps. It will be a new home for people to come together, experience the unknown, see strange sights and dance the night away will be created.

Following the opening, scheduled events include S&M Party With Jonathan Peters on May 21(st), Will Sparks and Timmy Trumpet on June 4(th), Eva Shaw on June 18(th) and more to be announced soon.

Area Event is a full service boutique event production and marketing company specializing in Electronic Dance Music. Collectively the Area Event team has over 30 years of industry experience. Area Event has gone on to produce and present thousands of independent Electronic Dance Music shows and events across the United States. Located in Hell's Kitchen, Stage 48 is a multi-use venue that will host Concerts, Night Life Events, and Private/Corporate Events. Built in the 1950s as a horse stable, the building has been completely remodeled utilizing the beauty of the old industrial architecture and incorporating complimentary modern elements to create an ambience that currently does not exist in any NYC venue. A large horseshoe balcony overlooks the main floor providing excellent site-lines of the 34-foot wide stage. Several elevated VIP areas are located on both floors and a state of the art sound, Lighting and Video system will ensure an experience like none other.
