acquired Blue Rain Studios, Inc. of Knoxville, Tennessee as part of their growth strategy.



In August 2015, Ovation Music & Studios, http://ovationmusicstudios.com/index.php,
worked out an acquisition with Blue Rain Studios of Knoxville, TN, as part of series of
steps to broaden its business base and enter the Nashville, TN market.  Blue Rain Studios,
Inc. has been operating in the Knoxville, TN market since 2005.  



The Company has put forth a plan to acquire or partner with opportunities in music
instrument and electronics to offer their customers more diverse product lines, and this
opportunity in the vintage market fits the model.
