SIOUX FALLS, S.D., June 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Badlands Entertainment Group announces the appointment of long-time Las Vegas entertainment executive Judy Alberti as its talent buyer.

Alberti spent nearly two decades as vice president of entertainment for Station Casinos, during which time the company won five national Academy of Country Music Awards for "Casino of the Year". She will be responsible for booking national acts for Badlands Pawn, Gold & Jewelry as well as Badlands Motor Speedway, CEO Chuck Brennan's new entertainment destinations in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Every Thursday night starting on New Year's Eve, Badlands Pawn will transform into a state-of-the-art 1,700 capacity concert venue featuring prominent national artists, and Brennan has already announced several 2016 dates for major festival-type concert shows at Badlands Motor Speedway (capacity will be increased to 15,000). Alberti said she will be pulling no punches when it comes to bringing in some of the biggest and best artists in the business.

In addition to her long tenure at Station Casinos, she also served as CEO of the Dodge Theatre (now Comerica Theatre) in Phoenix, and vice president of Entertainment & Sports at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut.
