The Jump - Channel 4's Winter Sports Competition With Two Live Shows in Kühtai Located at 2,020 Metres Above Sea Level

KÜHTAI, Austria, February 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --

After the massive success of The Jump winter sports competition, Kühtai is hosting
The Jump again this year with 16 celebrity competitors. Live shows from Kühtai are
broadcast on 3 and 6 February 2015.

The celebrities taking part in The Jump compete in a total of eight challenging winter
sports disciplines to get their hands on the coveted Cowbell Trophy. "After a brief
training period - for example some competitors had to learn to ski first - the celebrity
contestants throw themselves into the competition. A total of four events are held in
Kühtai: Slalom, Snowboard, Ski Cross and Snow Cross," enthuses Arthur Krasovic, Managing
Director of the Kühtai Tourist Office.

The Jump

The celebrities to face their fears in the second series of The Jump are ex-England
rugby captain Mike Tindall, Jack-Ass star Steve-O, JLS singer JB Gill, paralympics
competitor Jon-Allan Butterworth, dancer Louie Spence, Gogglebox star Dom Parker, TV &
radio presenter and former England cricketer Phil Tufnell, TV personality Joey Essex,
Heather Mills, former model and TV presenter Jodie Kidd, former singer with the Pussycat
Dolls Ashley Roberts, pop star Stacey Solomon, fitness expert Chloe Madeley, society lady
Victoria Hervey, heptathlete Louise Hazel and Made in Chelsea star Louise Thompson.

Kühtai - excellent winter sports facilities for skiing events and holidays

Kühtai is located at over 2,020 metres above sea level and is one of the highest
winter sports locations in the Tyrol. Thanks to virtually guaranteed snow, this year
Kühtai was able to host the opening round of the Luge World Cup on Natural Track, an IPC
World Cup race and two women's Skiing World Cup races (Giant Slalom and Slalom). For many
years, the SiGB ski tests (Snowsport Industries of Great Britain) have been held in
Kühtai each year. The combination of guaranteed snow, a tourism infrastructure and a
location with convenient transport links only 35 minutes from Innsbruck's international
transport connections make Kühtai a popular winter sports destination.
