NEW YORK, Jan. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Y Entertainment Group has formed AGI Lifestyle Entertainment LLC to exploit opportunities in non-scripted television and the branded lifestyle segments of entertainment. Ken Slotnick has been named CEO of and a partner in the newly formed, Yucaipa-backed company.

Until joining AGI, Slotnick was a senior agent and partner at WME. He is one of the original, top level TV agents who became WME's seminal Branded Lifestyle entertainment department, where Slotnick represented a diverse roster of stars and producers in the TV and lifestyle space during his thirteen years with that major agency.

AGI LIFESTYLE ENTERTAINMENT will encompass representation of high-level personalities, producers and projects in the non-scripted television, culinary, fashion, style, home and health & wellness categories, amongst others. Representation will include television packaging, commercial endorsements, personal appearances, licensing & merchandising, book publishing and digital.
