Stream TV Networks has successfully ported their 3D Glasses Free Ultra-D 4K 2160p real time conversion technology to the new Qualcomm 8074 processor. The 8074 chip with the Ultra-D algorithms convert all input content - 2D or 3D Stereo content - to Ultra-D 2160p (4K glasses free 3D content). The Ultra-D(TM) technology allows users to connect their satellite or cable service, VOD, Blu-ray player, XBOX or PlayStation directly into the TV using Ultra-D(TM) 4K 2160p technology. Using complex algorithms the Ultra-D(TM) technology converts the content of 1080p 2 million pixels into 4K 8 million pixels without scaling using disparity between images. Content from Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Baidu TV, PPStv, iQYi tv, Totou TV and other video sites get converted directly into glasses free 3D. Photographs can now be seen in 3D.

Qualcomm's latest 8074 processor features the New Krait 400 CPU in quad configuration, with speeds of up to 2.3 GHz per core offers best-in-class performance per watt, so processor performance can hold up to the more demanding processing. The new Adreno 330 GPU delivers more than 2x performance for compute applications over the current Adreno 320 GPU, capture playback and display in 2160p video.

Beijing BOE Vision Electron Technology plans to produce the Ultra-D(TM) 4K 2160p line of TVs with its 55-inch panels. The TVs are accompanied with the external conversion box, or seeCube(TM) that will allow for all kinds of content to be converted to 2160p in glasses free 3D. Towards the end of 2013, this conversion technology will be built into a chip and be placed inside the TV. This will significantly reduce the costs. It will make our products enjoy a great cost advantage compared with similar ones in market.
