Rentrak Establishes New Management Structure To Drive Continuing Growth Of Global Theatrical Movie Measurement Business

PORTLAND, Ore., June 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentrak (NASDAQ: RENT), the leader in multi-screen measurement serving the advertising, television and movie industries, today announced a new management structure in recognition of the value and growth of its theatrical movie measurement business.

Janice O'Bryan, who was previously Vice President, Theatrical Client Services, has been appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, Theatrical North America. Jim Zak, formerly Vice President, Theatrical International, will now serve as Senior Vice President, Theatrical Worldwide Client Services and Product Development. Steve Buck was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, Theatrical Business Relations after previously serving as Vice President, Theatrical Business Relations. Sudy Schneider, formerly Finance Director, Advanced Media and Information, is now Director, Theatrical Worldwide Business Affairs. Last year, Timothy Pitzer was named Senior Vice President, Theatrical Worldwide IT and Innovation, formerly holding the title of Vice President, Domestic IT and Operations.

Each senior manager has been a part of Rentrak's theatrical team since its establishment in 2002. Over the years, they have helped build the company's global theatrical business, which currently measures box office attendance and ticket sales around the world.

All five continue to report to Ron Giambra, Rentrak's President of Theatrical Worldwide.
