HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Nov. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Let the good times roll at this year's annual celebration of Louisiana's culture and cuisine at the Florida Cajun Zydeco Festival! The festival returns to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida from November 9 - 11, 2012.

Live music from some of Louisiana's top bands will grace the stage over the three-day festival! With plenty of dancing room on the giant wooden dance floor, this event is perfect for those looking to put on their dancing shoes.

And of course, the party would not be complete without plenty of hot 'n' spicy Cajun and Creole cuisine specialties such as boiled crawfish, gator, etouffee, andouille sausage, gumbo and more! And because no Cajun Zydeco festival would be complete without authentic Louisiana fare, television star Chef Patrick Mould from "Cooking up a Good Life" will be doing cooking demonstrations of some of Louisiana's specialty cuisines!

Kid's kingdom will provide the little ones lots of exercise and fun with a giant bounce house and obstacle course. And certainly there will be arts and crafts vendors throughout the festival to tantalize even the best of shoppers.

The Florida Cajun Zydeco Festival is produced by the national, award winning Bobby Rodriguez Productions and strives to create an entertaining and cultural opportunity by bringing the best of Louisiana food and music all the way to Hollywood, Florida. The festival in sponsored in part by the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Rick Case Automotive, Sun Sentinel and the Louisiana Office of the Lieutenant Governor.

The Florida Cajun Zydeco Festival at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will be open Friday, November 9(th )from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Saturday, November 10(th) from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and Sunday, November 11(th) from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Adults are $20.00 for a single-day pass and children under 12 years of age are free. Three-day passes are available for $35.
