NEW YORK, Aug. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LVI Music, a subsidiary of Land Varied International today announced the "SAYONARA" 2012 Music Video Contest. The contest invites aspiring artists to upload their original music video for the opportunity to win $2,012. See Contest Rules below.

Phase one winners will be announced the day after the end of the world set for December 21, 2012.

"Since there is a level of fear and hysteria around the end of the world and the Mayan Calendar unseen in modern times, "Sayonara" by Duke Dumas may permeate and penetrate into the crowded music landscape," said LVI Music Founder Luis Landivar. "The commitment of independent artists have fundamentally changed the way in which the industry works and paved the way for producers to access opportunities that would otherwise not exist. We await the creative response from the independent artist community and fully expect to award $2012 to the winner of the 'Sayonara' 2012 Music Video Contest if we survive..."
