Lorey Zlotnick Joins Outdoor Channel as Senior Vice President of Marketing
Former FUEL TV, FOX Reality Channel and Bravo Executive to Spearhead Marketing for America's Leader In Outdoor TV
TEMECULA, Calif., Aug. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Outdoor Channel, America's leader in outdoor TV, announced today the appointment of Lorey Zlotnick as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Based out of Los Angeles, Zlotnick will leverage her 20-plus years of entertainment, sports and digital industry experience to develop, manage and implement all marketing and branding initiatives in support of Outdoor Channel's network and multiplatform portfolio. The appointment is effective immediately and Zlotnick will report directly to Tom Hornish, Outdoor Channel's President and CEO.

Zlotnick was previously Senior Vice President of Marketing and On-Air Promotion for FOX Sports Media Group's FUEL TV, where she executed all strategic on-air, off-air, digital and social brand efforts for the action-sports network. She was also influential in expanding FUEL TV's core audience base by supporting its programming pushes, including the launch of UFC on the network and the addition of specialty film blocks.
Prior to joining FUEL TV, Zlotnick held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing and On-Air Promotion for FOX Cable Networks' FOX Reality Channel. While at the all-reality, all-the-time cable network, she was instrumental in the launch of the channel, developed its corporate and consumer identity, and created new brand extensions to support digital media platforms. Zlotnick's tenure with FOX Cable Networks and FOX Sports Media Group was preceded by multi-year stints as Vice President of Consumer Marketing and Promotions at NBC Universal's BRAVO; as Vice President of Marketing at Sony Pictures/Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment; and as Director of Consumer Marketing at Disney/ABC Television Group's Disney Channel, Toon Disney and SOAPnet.
Amongst her many achievements, Zlotnick has been honored with multiple Promax Awards, CTAM Mark Awards, a Multichannel News Beacon Award, was named one of The Top 10 Women to Watch by JWI Magazine, numerous gold Telly Awards, and Los Angeles Times and Times Mirror Innovation Awards. Zlotnick grew up in Michigan where her proximity to the Great Lakes enabled her to become immersed in popular outdoor activities. She holds a B.S. degree from Eastern Michigan University and attended Michigan State University for graduate studies.
