RLTV Announces Premiere Of AARP's "My Generation," Season 5
Emmy-Nominated Lifestyle Show Returns June 18 With New Stories About Boomers and Seniors Who Are Redefining Their Lives
BALTIMORE, June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RLTV, the only cable network that provides viewers with information and entertainment to help Redefine Life after 50, announced today that daytime Emmy-nominated My Generation will return for a fifth season on June 18. The half-hour series from the American Association of Retired Persons includes stories about baby boomers and seniors who are reinventing themselves, pursuing their passions and making a difference. Lively profiles touch on the topics of health, relationships, volunteering and much more, inspiring Generation 50+ to live life to the fullest.

Over the course of 26 brand new episodes, My Generation viewers will meet celebrities, doctors, athletes and boomers and seniors who are changing their lives and changing the world. Each episode showcases several stories centered on topics such as "Work You Love," "Uncover Your Creativity" and "Live Your Legacy." Generation 50+ can tune in to be both informed and entertained by everyone from doctors-turned-chocolatiers to acclaimed singer Tony Bennett to NFL star Bradie James.
Season 5 of My Generation will also feature a special episode entitled "Strike Back at Stroke," which focuses on one of the leading causes of death in the U.S. Audiences can tune in to find out if they're at risk, how to prevent stroke and to go behind the scenes at a stroke comeback center. My Generation also joins actor Henry Winkler as he volunteers to help American stroke victims.
