SiriusXM Canada Declares April "Phil Hartman Month"

SiriusXM Canada dedicates April to celebrating great Canadian comedic
talent, Phil Hartman, with special programming on its 24/7 comedy channel, Laugh
Attack 

TORONTO, April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -SiriusXM Canada (TSX: XSR), the country's leading audio entertainment
company, is dedicating the month of April to famous Canadian comedian,
Phil Hartman. Working with notable comedians including Steve-O, Debra
DiGiovanni, Fraser Young and others, as well as Phil Hartman's estate,
SiriusXM will celebrate his comedy and influence.

Throughout the month of April, SiriusXM subscribers can tune in to Laugh
Attack (XM channel 160) to hear Phil-inspired programming including
testimonials from his colleagues, family and media personalities on
what made Phil a comedic influence. His entire album will also air at
the end of the month. These programming specials and April theme were
developed alongside a bid to nominate Phil into Canada's Walk-of-Fame.

HOW TO NOMINATE PHIL: 

Step 1: Go to www.canadaswalkoffame.com

Step 2: Drag your cursor over the Nominate tab and then select "Submit a
Nomination" 

Step 3: Scroll down to the "Nominate Here" area and fill in Phil
Hartman's name in the "Who Are You Nominating?" section. You must also
provide your reason for nominating Phil in the box below.

*Please note that you will need a valid e-mail address for your
nomination to count.
