Family Day will feature live performances by this year's honorees Train plus Cobra Starship and Universal Republic artist and Nickelodeon star Ariana Grande!

NEW YORK, March 26, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The T.J. Martell Foundation announced today that a live performance by pop phenomenon Cody Simpson will round out this year's star-studded 13th Annual Family Day line-up which includes Train, Cobra Starship and Nickelodeon's "Victorious" star and Universal Republic recording artist Ariana Grande. Family Day will be hosted by Bridgit Mendler, Hollywood recording artist and star of the Disney Channel's "Good Luck Charlie" and Carrie Keagan of VH1's "Big Morning Buzz Live."

This year's Family Day will honor multiple Grammy-award winners Train (Pat Monahan, Jimmy Stafford, Scott Underwood) for their tremendous support of numerous charitable causes. In addition, Family Day will honor Bob McLynn and Jonathan Daniel, founding partners of Crush Management who represent Train and Cobra Starship. Bob and Jonathan also handle platinum-selling acts Fall Out Boy and Gym Class Heroes, among others.
