Shari Arison launches 'Goodnet' - providing thousands of global opportunities for
doing good

Launched today, Goodnet.org is a further social investment by Shari Arison to support
people to independently take action globally and do good for community and society.
Goodnet has been developed as a gateway for Doing Good, to offer everyone a direct path to
finding the opportunity that best suits them to help others.

Goodnet supports Shari Arison's announcement earlier this year of a link with Be
Viacom's MTV to encourage its millions of viewers from 40 countries across the Europe,
Middle East and Africa region (EMEA) to do something good, be it large or small, for the
benefit of others on this year's International Good Deeds day.*

At the heart of Goodnet is the Good Directory that includes volunteering organizations
and initiatives in areas including education, emergency response, fair trade,
microfinance, the environment, sustainability, philanthropy and more. Goodnet is designed
to inspire and empower users to independently take positive action, anytime, anywhere and
in any field of interest close to their hearts.

*In a first ever deal between Be Viacom - a division of Viacom International Media
Networks (VIMN) - and Arison Group, the world's leading youth entertainment brand MTV will
leverage its extensive broadcast and online network across Europe, the Middle East and
Africa (EMEA) to join visionary businesswoman and philanthropist Shari Arison in her

inspiring uploads, who will each win a VIP trip for two to an international MTV event.
