FilmOn.com The World's Largest Over The Top Live Television Platform Today Announced A Partnership with Baby TV a FOX Entertainment Group Owned Channel

LONDON, March 14, 2012/PRNewswire/ --

FilmOn.TV Networks, (http://www.FilmOn.com/ [http://www.filmon.com/_ ]), the first and
largest Internet-based high-definition television service announced today that it has
signed a World Wide carriage deal with Baby TV a Fox Entertainment Group Channel.

"It is important for the development of our industry to explore all new distribution
opportunities. Therefore we look forward to making BabyTV available to families through
FilmOn," said Debbie Hunt of Baby TV/Fox International Channels.

"Naturally we are very excited to welcome the birth of Baby TV to the FilmOn lineup of
channels," said Alki David, founder and CEO of FilmOn.

"We now have one hundred and fifty seven HD linear channels, over ten thousand Video
On Demand Titles, sixty Audio Channels as well as many Celebrity Driven Interactive
Channels on our platform. Fox's move to license a linear live TV channel to FilmOn's over
the top strategy is significant. Historically FilmOn's relationship with the Major
Broadcasters has been a little tense. We now look forward to a newborn future together."

When questioned about Barry Diller's, Aereo using micro antennas to exploit Cable
Vision ruling in New York State, Mr.David responded with: "I guess size matters after all.
Aereo is doing what we were trying to do two years ago with big antennas. Its really
pretty ridiculous. We have always maintained that we wish to pay for content, despite our
two year long lawsuit with all the major US Networks, FilmOn believes in licensing content
as opposed to taking it through a silly loophole.

"FilmOn makes its own exclusive content and believes in protecting intellectual
property. We do however support Barry's efforts as he is helping open up our sector."

SNL Kagan's forecast for 2012 shows that Over 6.5% Television Watchers will cut the
chord and watch linear television through over the top services like FilmOn.
