FOX Television Stations Reaches Agreement with Bounce TV to Broadcast 24-hour Digital Network

Network to Feature African American-based Programming on Number of FOX-owned MyNetworkTV Sub Channels Including Stations in New York and Los Angeles

NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FOX Television Stations, in partnership with Bounce TV, to premiere FTS' first digital over the air network on FOX-owned MyNetworkTV sub channels, including stations in New York and Los Angeles, announced Jack Abernethy, CEO, FOX Television Stations.

Bounce TV will provide FTS stations mainstream programming designed for African Americans ages 25-54. The lineup includes a mix of theatrical motion pictures, live sporting events, documentaries, specials, inspirational faith-based programs, off-net series, original programming and more. Bounce TV launched at the end of September on a number of local stations (not owned by FOX) is the nation's first-ever over the air broadcast television network designed for African Americans.
