NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --Today Dwell Executive Editor Amanda Dameron appears on The Nate Berkus Showon NBC to share modern design tips with Nate's 1.8 million viewers. The show promotes Dwell's November Issue, Small Spaces. Dwell magazine, the authority on modern design, helps Nate renovate and reimagine the 200-square-foot dwelling of a young New York City transplant. The before-and-after is astonishing, validated by the young girl's ecstatic response at the unveiling.

The makeover was styled in collaboration with Nate Berkus's design team and Executive Editor Amanda Dameron. The makeover was made possible by Dwell's partners C. Wonder, FLOR, IKEA, Marimekko, The Container Store, and EcoMe - who also gifted every member of the studio audience with products from the redesign.

Next on the show, the House Proud segment continued the theme of innovative small spaces. Dwell introduced Rosa and Robert Garneau, (studiogarneau.com), architects whose 650-square-foot apartment was featured in Dwell's March issue, We Love New York. The Nate Berkus Show takes us on a tour of this amazing space, with its many secret compartments and hydraulic dinner table. "I absolutely love this apartment," said Nate Berkus.
