Media and Marketing Executive Brings Over 25 Years of Experience to INVISION, Inc.
NEW YORK, June 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- INVISION, Inc., the leading provider of advertising systems to the media industry, today announced that Jim Warner will join its Board of Directors. Warner will offer deep experience and expertise to the Company as it accelerates its efforts to deliver cross-platform solutions for traditional and advanced television, mobile, and digital media.

Jim Warner currently is the principal of Third Floor Enterprises, an advisory firm specializing in digital marketing and media.
Warner joined Avenue A in 2000 and built its East Coast operation into one of the pre-eminent digital agencies. He became Executive Vice President of the company when it acquired Razorfish in 2004. He also served on the executive committee of aQuantive, the parent company, which was acquired Microsoft in 2007.
Before joining Avenue A, Warner held senior positions at Primedia, CBS and HBO. He led Primedia's magazine division overseeing more than 250 consumer and business magazines, websites and trade show properties. He was President of the CBS Television Network from 1995-1998 where he managed the advertising sales, affiliate relations, distribution, research, marketing and promotion, and standards and practices functions. From 1989-1994 he served as founding President, CBS Enterprises, the company's worldwide syndication and licensing business. From 1986 to 1989 he was VP, HBO Enterprises, responsible for HBO's program distribution, co-productions and international operations. Warner holds a BA with honors from Yale College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
