LOS ANGELES, June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The global Web community has voted for Fandango's mobile apps as "The Best Mobile Entertainment Apps of the Year," as part of the People's Voice Awards polling in the 15th Annual Webby Awards tonight.

This year, over 1.25 million votes were cast by people around the world for their favorite sites, videos, ads, and mobile sites and apps in The Webby People's Voice Awards.

Fandango's popular iPad app will be honored with both the People's Voice Award and the jury-selected Webby Award for "The Best Tablet Shopping App of the Year."
