DALLAS, May 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- With the success of the movie SOUL SURFER, aspiring talent will have the rare opportunity to come face-to-face with the film's co-producer and casting director on Saturday, May 21st. Produced by Sound Tree Entertainment, talent will have the chance to spend the day learning from one of Hollywood's most influential insiders at the comprehensive and interactive workshop.

"Soul Surfer" is the inspiring true story of competitive surfer Bethany Hamilton, who survived an attack by a tiger shark while surfing off of the coast of her native Hawaii. In addition, Joey was the casting director for the movie "Snowmen," which will be released in Fall 2011 and recently won the Dallas International Film Festival award for "Best Feature Audience."
