Sinclair Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend of $0.12 Per Share

BALTIMORE, May 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividends are payable on June 15, 2011, to the holders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2011. The common stock will trade ex-dividend on May 27, 2011.
