Success of Upscale Nightlife Brand Fuels Expansion

Infusion Lounge Reports Double Digit Growth in Down Economy

SAN FRANCISCO, May 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Infusion Lounge, one of the country's most exciting and successful nightlife brands, has announced plans to expand to three new cities in the US and one in Europe by 2012. Led by its Founder, Chris Rosas, the Infusion Lounge brand will deliver an exceptional and consistent nightlife experience across all markets.

Even before the first Infusion Lounge in San Francisco had its Grand Opening on New Year's Eve 2008, Rosas was confident the concept would be successful. With its spectacular interior, award-winning dining, world famous DJs, deluxe bottle service, and exclusive VIP memberships, within four months of opening Conde Nast Traveler Magazine named Infusion Lounge as one of the World's Hottest New Nightclubs.

Business quickly exceeded expectations, and revenue for the 6500 sq. ft. Union Square nightclub surpassed $5.8 million in its first year of operation. Capacity crowds -- even on weeknights, more Grey Goose bottle service than any other San Francisco venue, and VIP guest lists that often include music, entertainment and sports celebrities are all evidence of Infusion Lounge's undeniable appeal. Growth continues to exceed forecasts. 2010 revenue was $6.3 million, with 7-10% growth projected for 2011.

Fueled by the success of the first Infusion Lounge, the upscale nightclub brand will open its second location this summer in Universal CityWalk near Hollywood, California. Expected annual revenue for the 9800 sq. ft. club's first full year (2012) is $5.75 million, and forecast to reach $12 million by 2014. Additional locations are planned for Las Vegas, Nevada, Portland, Oregon, and London, England, each expected to open in 2012.
