After years of receiving rave reviews for her performances including a Christopher Durang comedy at The Complex Theater, Lidsky will showcase her journey from people-pleasing apologist to animal-loving activist. Tickets are available at: www.play411.com/sorry for $10 online, and $20 at the door.

Influenced by her heroes Gilda Radner, Tina Fey, and Lauren Weedman, Lidsky was inspired to create her dramedy "I'm Sorry" as a way to reconcile her passion for animal rights with her desire for everyone to like her. "I love performing, and I love helpinganimals. This show is my attempt at putting these two things together to tell a story, make people laugh, and make them think. I rescue animals, but the reality is they rescue me," said Lidsky.

Lidsky wrote and performs the hour-long piece, in which she plays sixteen different characters. "I'm Sorry" is produced by Shari Hamrick and with guest director Gilles Chiasson. The piece premiered at The Lounge Theatre in January of this year after sold-out performances. www.imsorrytheshow.com

Lidsky writes, performs stand-up, and has performed and taken classes at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
