California Music Industry Summit Announces Full Schedule of Workshops and Discussions

OAKLAND, Calif., April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- TraMai Entertainment, Producer of The California Music Industry Summit, is excited to announce its official complete schedule of informational, cutting edge workshops and panels led by some of the industry's most powerful executives and innovators. The summit takes place at the Oakland Marriot on June 10 and June 11th, 2011. Over the course of 2 days, CMIS will provide an educational environment and exciting networking opportunities to attendees, both professional and those starting out, who are looking for fresh ideas to advance their career. The summit will feature stimulating workshops and discussions with the independent artist in mind, such as "Swimming with the Sharks: Contract Negotiating Strategies," "How To Get Your Song On The Radio," and "Face The Music," which is an exclusive opportunity for conference attendees to gain valuable critiques of their music by qualified industry experts. The conference will also include a 2-day multi-genre showcase that will present performances by local, national, and international talent.
