The inspirational movie, based on the life of Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman Michael Oher, received an Academy Award® nomination for Best Picture and brought Sandra Bullock the Academy Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of Oher's adoptive mother, Leigh Anne Tuohy. The Blind Side was directed by John Lee Hancock and distributed by Warner Bros. Digital Distribution.

The top selling on demand theatrical movie titles in hotel guest rooms during 2010 were:

In 2010, 359 movie titles were shown on LodgeNet systems - the company's highest ever one-year total - with 35 of those titles generating $1 million or more each in sales revenue. This included releases from all of the major Hollywood studios as well as independent studios and distributors.
LodgeNet also announced that Sony Pictures was the top-performing studio for 2010.
