Catch Clean Cook - The Caribbean's Raw Talent Unveiled in New Original Series

Catch Clean Cook - The Caribbean's Raw Talent Unveiled in New Original Series

The Islands Of The Bahamas host debut of new culinary adventure television series Catch Clean Cook - The Caribbean.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Feb. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Celebrity chefs, fearless divers, Caribbean Islands, luxury homes, food, wine and cocktails are what you'll see on Catch Clean Cook - The Caribbean's reality television series debuting in Eleuthera/Harbor Island Bahamas and airing on Lifetime Real Women. Mother Nature claiming center stage will control each episode's outcome as this cast of seven experiences the culinary value of finding fresh local produce and the challenge of eluding ocean predators to deliver the very best products of the earth to the table.

In each episode viewers will experience the ups and downs of a rollercoaster ride that go with any family vacation and the hurdles they must adapt to as a team. If the challenges of nature aren't enough, let's add the absence of modern conveniences we take for granted. This series incorporates both an ecological and sustainable approach, using the indigenous local produce and ingredients that can be found on each exotic island. "This is my lifestyle. They didn't have a choice," chuckles David Desrochers, father & Caribbean liaison of the series.

Catch Clean Cook host and event planner, Jacqueline Desrochers had a vision to create a show about common passions, food and families.

Together with her family including Bella, their pug, that vision will become reality in half-hour episodes. "I have this awesome family and they each have amazing skills," says Desrochers, also serving as executive producer. Daughter, Tiffany Desrochers, a self-proclaimed foodie serves as the show's bar chef. Dave Desrochers, son/dive master, along with family friend Sean Payne, boat captain/underwater specialist, both serve as topside and underwater videographers. Family friend Charles Coe serves as restaurateur/executive chef with appearances by Chef Dean Max and Top Chef winner Hung Huynh.

Beginning February 27th, Time Warner Cable and AT&T U-verse subscribers can tune in Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM EST on Lifetime Real Women to share the adventure.

Personalities are bound to clash and the drama is sure to follow in Fishbelly Productions'new television series.

Catch Clean Cook would like to thank The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism for sharing why "It's Better In The Bahamas", Tortuga Rum Co., Korin and Kalik/Commonwealth Brewery.
