HALOGEN TV, the emerging television network dedicated to empowering entertainment, is available in over 14 million homes across the United States. Rentrak's TV Essentials will provide HALOGEN TV with access to the most stable, granular and comprehensive TV viewing database in order to illuminate what programming resonates with its audience so HALOGEN TV can continue to build its distribution.
