Winning Team Walks Away With $100,000 On Finale of 'Money Hungry'

Finale Episode of 'Money Hungry' Premieres on VH1 Monday, October 4 at 9 PM ET/PT

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ --The weight-loss journey and competition to win $100,000 will come to an end when one team walks away with a fatter wallet and skinny waistline on "Money Hungry" Monday,October 4 at 9 PM ET/PT on VH1.

The moment of truth has finally arrived for the remaining three teams on VH1's "Money Hungry." Each grueling challenge, supersized temptation and pressure filled weigh-in will be for this defining moment when the team who lost the most combined weight is announced as the winner of "Money Hungry" - getting their $10,000 back as well as the $100,000 grand prize. Hosted by Dan Cortese, a mid-episode challenge will guarantee the winning team a spot in the final challenge as the other two teams head towards the scale. The team with the highest percentage of weight lost proceeds to the final elimination and the losing team is forced to forfeit their $10,000 entry fee. The contestants with their larger than life personalities are sure to put their blood, sweat, tears and jokes into the final challenge where their physical stamina and emotions are tested to the core. The pressure is on as the final two teams go head to head and regain what they put at stake and the grand prize of $100,000.
