QED Connect Acquisition Target Nazz Productions Commissions Acclaimed Singer/Songwriter to Compose Score

MANCHESTER, N.H., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- QED Connect, Inc. ("QED Connect") (OTC: QEDN), a Holding Company, today announced that its acquisition target, Nazz Productions Inc. ("Nazz"), recently finished recording and mixing the original score for its new suspense thriller, "GOOD DAY FOR IT", written by acclaimed singer/songwriter, Matthew Ryan. The score was recorded/mixed at The Lerkim Studio in Nashville, TN.

This is the first full score composed by Ryan, whose songs have been featured on such hit television series as "House", "One Tree Hill" and "Dawson's Creek". As a singer/songwriter, he has performed on Late Show with David Letterman as well as Late Night with Conan O'Brien. He has toured with some of the most respected names in music, including Steve Earle, Lucinda Williams, Nanci Griffith, Tift Merrit and Kasey Chambers. He is currently on tour in Italy and more information can be found at his official website: www.matthewryanonline.com

Nazz president and producer/director of GOOD DAY FOR IT, Nick Stagliano commented, "We are very excited to work with Ryan on the film and give him the opportunity to create an incredible audio mood which perfectly complements the film image. I am impressed with the quality of the finished masters and Nazz will explore a soundtrack CD to increase awareness for the film."

Stagliano added, "We are very excited to have the finished film ready for market. We are planning several buyer screenings in New York and LA to coincide with the upcoming American Film Market, which begins November 3rd in Santa Monica."

Mr. Makmann, President & CEO of QED Connect, commented, "While we are behind schedule on closing the acquisition, we are moving forward and expect to have this completed within the next few weeks. We remain excited to have Nazz as part of our organization and believe they will be a contributor to our first potentially profitable quarter for calendar-year 2010."
