NEW YORK, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Comic fans assemble! Celebrities from movies, comics, and video games will combine forces to take part in the Wizard World Big Apple Comic Con at the Penn Plaza Pavilion, one of the premier exhibition spaces in New York City, and New York's Hotel Pennsylvania. The 2010 Comic Con runs from October 1st through October 3rd, 2010.
The Wizard World Big Apple Comic Con is part of North America's largest pop-culture touring expo. Fans and special guests attend to celebrate all the best in pop-culture from movies, comics, video games, and much more, with celebrities also making appearances to support the convention. Celebrities include Adam West, Burt Ward, Lee Majors, and the boys from The Brady Bunch television series.
As an added bonus for comic, film and television fans, the producers will display three popular cars outside of the hotel and Pavilion on 7th Ave., including: the original Batmobile from the 1960's Batman TV series; Black Beauty, the 1966 Imperial Crown sedan from the original Green Hornet television series; and the DeLorean DMC-12 from the Back to the Future films. The cars will be on display from the afternoon of Friday, October 1 through Sunday, October 3, 2010. Note: Dates/cars may change without notice.
