(Pink Sheets: BMGI) (the "Company") a diversified entertainment and information distribution company, today announced it has entered into a business arrangement with The Old State, LLC, a graphic design and software development firm to expand the core functionality of the Company's existing website and to develop and implement the next phase of its web-based business strategy. The Old State, LLC is an award-winning firm focused on developing cohesive websites, web-based applications, and corporate branding for print and digital media.

Under the arrangement, The Old State will provide major enhancements, new functionality and search engine optimization (SEO) to Big Star's websites. The first phase of planned upgrades will be for the Company's "Big Star Live" portion of the site, which is focused on streaming high definition broadcasts of live performances from various music venues. The primary aim of these enhancements is to establish a high quality user interface, which incorporates a set of tools designed to better enable content interactivity and the development of social community features throughout the site.

The vision of Big Star's management is to create a unique Internet community for live music aficionados from around the world who are able to experience performances of well-known and developing musical artists through the Company's proprietary, streaming web application.

The Company has refined its revenue model for Big Star Live to encompass a combination of advertising fees, sponsorship revenue, and subscription fees based upon a straightforward menu of delivery service options.
