Legendary broadcaster Mike Shannon, a member of the Cardinals family for over 50 years, celebrates his 70th birthday with a private party at the Four Seasons Hotel located at Lumiere Place. The celebration coincides with St. Louis' festivities surrounding the Major League Baseball All Star Game.

The party will be held from 7-11pm on Sunday, July 12th. In addition to birthday greetings, Mike Shannon will receive honorary proclamations from state and federal government officials for his contributions to the St. Louis community. The event will also feature the SYNERGY All Star ice cream bar featuring treats from five of the finest ice cream shops in the country. Bars will offer signature cocktails from Ketel One and Crown Royal along with "cold frosty" Budweisers.
